The role of Executive Assistant to the TwO Latam General Director and her team is a key role within the business, providing proactive organisational and administrative support in a fast-paced international and multi-faceted market. This role will also support the Latam team in key business activities. Your ability to balance prioritises, use your initiative and build collaborative relationships to achieve results will be paramount for success. Collaboration should come easily, and you will need to build relationships at all levels, most notably with the Latam General Director and the Latam team, but also with key external and internal stakeholders and peers in TwO International Markets and Group. You will also need to show adaptability, flexibility and proactivity, and exhibit strong organisational capabilities, with outstanding attention to detail.
Purpose
Lead the Development of New Products and Quality Control/Assurance for partners in all TwO Brasil businesses. This also includes acting as a key person to meet all legal requirements related to Food Safety and the needs of customers/consumers related to New Product Development in each market the company sells.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and managing the Development of New Products and Quality and Food Safety Policies at partners to ensure compliance with legal and corporate specifications and standards;
- Develop new product pipeline with the marketing and commercial team;
- Manage the manufacturing quality control of the company's products and the management of new products, working closely with key members of Marketing, Commercial management and business partners;
- Work to reduce costs and bring best practices from factories to a global level;
- Participation in communication and planning activities to implement business strategies and guidelines.
Experence
- Coming from R&D experience (if possible from confectionery or dairy companies)
- Experience in food manufacturing company in a managerial level role with strong exposure in New Product Development and business development at partners, Quality Control and Quality Assurance function.
- Familiar with manufacturing process, technology & supply chain standards, issues, opportunities & practices in Latin American region
Skills/\knowledge
- English advanced
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, especially in Latin American cultural context to be able to build strong collaborative relationships and influence effectively
- Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity with exceptional planning and organizational skills to ensure successful project & results delivery
- Ability to travel internationally
